Riparian Stud Fee Contract

STUD FEE: The Stud Fee for both Scooter & Ricky is $800/litter.  In the event of a small litter, we will pro-rate the stud fee.  A litter is considered four (4) or more puppies; anything less than four puppies is pro-rated at $200 per puppy.

BREEDING RULES: On arrival, the first $100.00 non-refundable portion of the stud fee is required. Included in the stud fee is up to seven (7) days board, should the owner desire. Additional days will be billed at a rate of $10.00 per day. Any necessary veterinary expenses will be the responsibility of the female's owner or agent.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Our facilities include large, covered kennels and a spacious fenced airing yard. Your dog will receive regular daily exercise and the highest quality care possible.  We'll treat your dog like we would our own!

FINAL PAYMENT: The remaining $700 and any additional charges incurred are due within thirty (30) days of delivery of the litter. In the event there are no puppies, the $100 deposit may be applied to a future breeding. Accounts unpaid within the 30 days will incur a $100 late fee.

PREREQUISITES: A Negative Brucellosis Certificate (signed within 14 days of breeding) is required prior to the breeding. In addition, a valid OFA on the dog's hips must be provided.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: Should pick-up from and return to the St. Louis airport be required, there will be a $75.00 fee, payable on arrival.

I agree to the above fees and conditions as here stated and agree to reimburse Riparian Retrievers for any additional legal fees, court costs, transportation or travel expenses related to the collection of the aforementioned Stud Fee for the breeding service provided.

Furthermore, I agree to cover any and all additional fees, such as veterinary expenses, not covered herein that are agreed to by both the owner or agent for the female and Riparian Retrievers either prior to or sequent to the execution of this contract.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE CONTRACT RULES AND REGULATIONS AND AGREE TO FULLY COMPLY WITH THIS CONTRACT.
